Cooking is a passion for every chef but can this passion turn to be fatal?

In a nerve-wracking incident that took place in South China, a Cobra whose neck was broken off to cook by the Chef regained its life and bit the chef as an act of revenge. The chef who was passionate about serving exotic food to his customers' had snakes on his menu. The chef cut the snake into pieces ripped off its skin apart from his neck. The head part was chopped off and kept aside. The chef spent around 20 minutes cooking the snake soup. Once this was done, it was time to clean the kitchen counter. The chef began to clean and throw away all the waste to the dustbin and picked up the snake's head as well. Little did he know that his death was waiting to kill him for the last 20 minutes. As soon as he picked the separated neck of the Cobra, it bit the chef leaving him dead within 30 minutes.

The science behind the Cobra being alive:

The body of cold-blooded animals is designed in a way to survive without oxygen during certain time periods. Just like we see a lizard's tail moving even after the lizard has died, the snake also survived despite its head being chopped off. Their bodies do not generate heat like that of human beings or other animals.

Snakes remain alive in the freezer!

A snake species named Thamnophis sirtalis is designed to survive for more than 48 hours in the freezer without any kind of issues as this kind of animal handles minimum or low air and water and is good even in the worst of situationsCrazy facts
