The rapid loss on the weighing scale makes people happy is not but the muscle loss or you can say the tissues of the muscle are not provided with the required amount of protein for a couple of days.

Never run behind quick diets and the social media influencers who promise weight loss within 2 days of a diet. It is always said to treat your body as a temple. Keeping this in mind make sure that you always have portion-controlled meals, switch your deep-fried snacks with healthy ones such as dry fruits, workout regularly and focus on living an active lifestyle. Controlling portions greatly helps to digest food easily, control the levels of blood sugar, and over time this way of life will help maintain a healthy weight.

 Workouts should always be fun and not a punishment to get rid of the stubborn fat. If you like yoga practice yoga every day for an hour, also focus on weight training and cardio. An amalgamation of all these exercises will do wonders to the body, not only physically but also mentally.
