Simply grate the cauliflower florets using a food processor or a grater to resemble poha rice, add ghee or butter some onions, peanuts, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies, Tumeric powder, salt and saute them then add your cauliflower florets and cook on medium heat for minutes and your delicious poha is ready to go in your tummy.
Similarly, for upma roughly grind the cauliflower, heat butter or ghee or olive oil add in cumin seeds, onions, green chilli, mustard seeds, add in few vegetables like beans and carrots, mix them well add in your cauliflower, and saute for 2 minutes, ( you can add a pinch of garam masala if needed), then add water as per the need and let it cook for 10 minutes.
